To address skills gaps identified by Facility staff, TIA has developed the
Pipeline Workforce scheme to provide support to staff at TIA-supported facilities*
to access specific training activities. In this round, TIA will make available a total funding pool of up to $70,000 for 2019-20 with the intention of providing financial support for professional development opportunities.
This will allow the recipients to improve their knowledge in specialised skill areas, improving the quality of service offered at their host facility and providing opportunities for professional development. Therefore, the Pipeline Workforce scheme is open for TIA-supported facility staff to attend external training courses in order to build their technical and managerial skills.
